If there is a car at any establishment after hours, that isn’t moving. That is a robbery suspect. If the man is black, that meets the profile. They ask for backup for the safety of the police. If the suspect refuses orders, they can be tased. If they resist arrest. They can be tased and booked for resisting arrest. That is policy. You have a phone McNally. CALL A COP! They will tell you this is BY THE BOOK! NO RACISM NECESSARY! White people are shot by police more than black people per capita, even though more incidents are with black people…. In 2015, The Washington Post launched a real-time database to track fatal police shootings, and the project continues this year. As of Sunday, 1,502 people have been shot and killed by on-duty police officers since Jan. 1, 2015. Of them, 732 were white, and 381 were black (and 382 were of another or unknown race). Nearly DOUBLE the rate white people were shot and killed by police. But what are facts, when your 1 percent white guilt can drive you to blame the 99 percent of us, because you are ashamed of your gender and of your race. PATHETIC! You are entitled to your own opinion, but not your own facts.

If he wasn’t a member of the Milwaukee Bucks, you wouldn’t care. Black men die everyday around here, and the number one killer of them, is black men in their own communities… NOT THE POLICE!
